These are basic rules to use when eating meals or snacks during the day. I realize each person has there own likes and dislikes to certain foods so these rules if followed will allow you to eat according to your taste. There is only 4 habits we need to develop when eating and there are 4 drinks I ask you drink daily beyond the water required.
Habit one is to eat something green( apples, grapes, spinach, veggies...) or peppers with each meal.
Habit two is to eat the pepper or green food first before eating anything else. Good to fill up on healthy food first before consuming the rest of the meal or snack.
Habit three is any food that is eaten from any type of package ( can, plastic, bag, glass...) cannot have more than 5 ingredients listed on its label.
Habit four is to drink 100 ounces of water a day minimum.
These four drinks are beneficial for controlling blood sugar levels and helping cholesterol levels.

Upon waking up in the morning have one cup of hot water with 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Must be consummed first thing in the morning, even before coffee.
Mix !/8-1/4 teaspoon of tumeric and black pepper together in liquid like water, V8 juice, almond milk, or any drink of your choice.
Drink 3 is one cup of Green Tea or Coffee anytime during the day.
Drink 4 is to have 12-16 ounces of water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Make sure vinegar is diluted in water to keep from esophagus damage which may occur when taking straight up.
